I believe that there is a higher power, something paranormal and omnipresent. But I don't believe its “God”.

No. It's not the same thing. If I had answered “Yes, I believe there is a God.” it would be clearer. But I don't believe there is a “God”. Just something “like” God but different.

I believe, much like the Diest philosphers, that God does exist and exists in a fashion that he has set the world in motion and only makes adjustments when it is imperative - much like a watchmaker looking over his watches.

I also believe in the words of Karl Marx when he said that religion was the opiate of the masses. To that degree, I do not really believe in “religion”. I find that one's faith must be something that rectify with the supreme being they choose to believe in; which to me is the one God I believe in.

To this degree, I believe in parts of the Bible. And I am what you would refer to as a Quaker.

Not realy, here's what I found about the word aghostic:

ag·nos·tic (g-nstk)
n.
1. a. One who believes that it is impossible to know whether there is a God.
b. One who is skeptical about the existence of God but does not profess true atheism.
2. One who is doubtful or noncommittal about something.

agnostic
Noun
1. a person who believes that it is impossible to know whether God exists
2. a person who claims that the answer to some specific question cannot be known with certainty

It's more like: we think/“know” it's there, but we ain't getting the whole picture.
I believe in something logical, something that we'll never truly understand as long we're in the world of the living.

Agnosticism is a little broader and subtler in definition than a dictionary entry can cover - trust me, your answer falls into the agnostic category.

I was raised independent Baptist, but over the yrs I seem to realize that my beliefs fall under the Agnostic classification. I do not actively believe in the existence of god or higher being due to lack of evidence of such being. But contradictorily I believe that lack of evidence is not evidence of non existence also that there are too many “coincidences” in the universe for there not to be.
