When ever I tell people that I am making a proton pack for Halloween this next year they always ask. “You found plans for this, will it really work?” I always find it funny that people think you could actually build a functioning proton pack.

Nothing is impossible, only mathematically improbable.
The movie industry has actually contributed quite a bit to the science industry to date, I wouldnt be surprised if something like the proton pack was invented for power or other purposes.

Whenever I show people my digitally enhanced pix with the Proton Streams they believe that it's real. ONe of my ex girlfriends told me to be careful cuz she didn't want me getting burnt. So Yeah, People are stupid.

I've gotten worse then the question. My friend and I were going to make packs last year(decided not to), so I brought the plans to school one day. Somebody yelled “bomb!” This moron heard it and came over to look at the plans. 2 weeks later I'm sitting in the School officer's office being asked if I was making a bomb. Luckily, I had the plans with me again, and I could prove that I wasn't. Later on I found the kid, and he said his mom made him tell. What a BABY!

I got that same response from a guy at Home Depot once. When I asked him where I could find a certain part he looked at my plans and said he would have no part in helping me build a bomb, and if I knew what was good for me I would get out of here. It was great after I told the guy what it was he felt like such a moron.

Yeah i was getting wires and switches i got the whole bomb lecture too..it's very funny. I mean not that people make bomb it just they mistake a Proton Pack for a bomb. Well if they were plans for a bomb there very color full indeed.
