As mentioned by a few others before, it's all up to the script. I don't believe Murray is either “for” or “against” another entry to the franchise.

As it should be with any good actor, Murray is only wanting a good script to make the best film possible. He's not going to jump on it just for the sake of doing it. If it's not that good and he chooses not to proceed, then I'll take his word on that and we move on.

As previously mentioned, fate rests on whether or not Murray approves of the script.

I hope he does approve, but if he doesn't you can use Murray's input as a barometer for whether or not this movie should be made. Murray takes his role more seriously than even Aykroyd probably does, and if he doesn't think the film should be made, then it just won't.

If Murray didn't see a reason to put the film into production, then I can understand his point of view. I will be disappointed, but I'd like to see the guys in action one last time… even though this is my favorite movie of all time, I'd like to see the guys get together one last time to bust some ghosts and leave on a high note.

I think anything they put out will be better than GBII…and I am one to believe that GBII wasn't even that bad of a film. Imagine if Danny Elfman didn't do the musical score for the movie… I personally think if you changed the score for GBII it'd be an entirely different film.

We all know the old news for years wen it comes to bill not wanting to do another ghostbusters movie after ghostbusters 2 was made and left a bad taste in his mouth and i can understand that he dosn't want to do another ghostbusters movie if its only gonna slate the franchise just for a few bucks or doing it for the sake of doing another ghostbusters movie and it not been up to standered of the first one

i posted the clip because for years wen bill was asked about will there ever be another ghostbusters movie,bill would shut down the question straight away with a negative responce but in the clip he seems to have got the ghosbusters spark back and having a laugh about doing the game so this in my opinion is a small bit of hope about bill getting on board with another movie so i would say in my opinion the clip is showing a change in bills attitcude now been asked bout ghostbusters 3 then the way it was before thats all i was trying to show wen i posted the clip
