Highly doubt that one exists. If you're talking about the music by Tahiti (and not the Saban instrumental music which has never been released) your best bet is to get a copy of the CD and make your own ringtones. This is extremely easy if you have an iPhone at least.

I tried Amazon and they didn't seem to have this cd you talked about.

It's not particularly easy to find.

Your best bet is eBay or a Google search for places to download it.

It was my understanding that the soundtrack was only ever available as an audio cassette, not a CD. It was extremely rare even when it was new, there's no chance of finding one these days outside of a private collection.

The only chance will be to see if one of the sites still carries a downloadable copy.

Very true, I forgot to mention that the copy I purchased is a CD-R, so someone just ripped the audio from the tape and put it on a CD. Pretty sure I bought it on eBay like 7 years ago.

I did find a site that had what you were talking about but it turns out it wasn't what I wanted. I wanted the themes from the show not the pop music that played on various episodes. But I guess they're never going to release those themes on a cd or MP3.

you can also look on youtube there was a user on there called rgbcrazy that had the instrumental fron the show and youtube downloader of megaupload to download them hope I could be of help
