ok sorry for the up yours thing… it's just that I don't even know this Vincent guy yet he comes and says on another thread that because some of my comments are sarcastic or insulting to keep a thread funny, that my arguments have no validity… then Misfit says he's getting pissed by users who talk “lol and girls” (obviously me and Gh0stbuster)… if it pisses him off so much all he has to do is to not read or post on those threads…

As a point of reference, Vincent is one of the oldest fanficcers here… this side of Fritz anyway.
While it's true that he doesn't release stories on as prolific a basis as Fritz, this is made up by some cool content. (What? What sucking up?!)
Seriously though, like Rich (Misfit) I too grow tired on how much of the recent coversations have been spent on ‘hot girl’ scenarios.

Part of the reasoning is… well, we're geeks already by nature… liking Ghostbusters.
But it just seems an extra degree of sheer geekery, to look at… say, a promotional wallpaper for Ghostbusters Generations and say something like ‘she’s hot, I'd bang her'.
It's a natural reaction of course, can't help that… but it still just seems really geeky. :p

That would be easy to do, but even a thread on a halloween mask, or convention pictures can degenerate into “HOT UNF UNF” territory.
