Does this mean the RGB comic will get reprinted?

Once again, Doc Fritz beats me to mentioning something (the Peoplebusters/Epimetheus storyline). I mean, they're reprinted RALPH SNART, of all things! :-O (*_*)

DF, I remember reading your letters years ago and being struck by how intelligent they were. An E/J shipper even then. Just reread them to refresh my memory. Who knew I'd actually “meet” you one day?

And you probably noticed one of the editors complaining about how long they were…

Looking at the lengths of some of my posts here and back on GBN, that doesn't seem to have changed much either (^_^) :p

He was in 22, 24 and one of the issues in VOL. 2 but I forget the number. Am I right so far?

Vol 2 No.1 actually (I wrote them a letter when they announced they were going to start publishing again, before the books even came out :-) Gadfrey, I'm such a geek)

(Amazed EgonsBabe is paying any attention)

Hm…I may have to recheck…but off the top of my head, the only ninjas I remember were three culists who dressed as ninjas in their quest to revive “The Nameless One” in RGB#5. One of them was rather round, and there were numerous “fat ninja” jokes.

Actually, the darkest ones in tone were near the middle of Volume 1: issues 9-11, released in early 1989. “The Father Thing Trilogy” featured a rather nasty demon named Astorath, his wicked-cool sorcerer henchman Mister Blaque, and most of the people on Earth getting turned into monsters at one point. It's generally considered the finest story the comic ever did, and it's grim tone puts it right up there with TV episodes like “Ragnarok and Roll”
