I only have the first season and the only thing that stinks is like said before, some have really shitty animation and the worst, to me, the Valkyries episode. I pointed it out to my wife, and then she was like “what the crap?” as one scene has TWO winstons in it.

I haven't seen the others seasons again, I don't know how they are. I want the next box to come out, but no info.

But on the main complaint, really the helicopter is hard to see? You know there are ultra lights you can buy and put together yourself yes? Plus IF this happened in real life where a group was so unique and indispensable as the Ghostusters, then laws would be bent to allow them to do things like run sirens and such.

I read your post and I 100% agree, we need to start a group and built helicopters and run sirens. Who else wants to join?

Wow, this thread has become a giant excuse to take a shit on the series.

I just brought the first season on dvd here in australia, as well as extreme ghostbusters on dvd. I must say I love the original series even now after have not watching it for many years. I cant wait for the ‘knock knock’ episode to be released as that was one of my favourites. Granted the animation sometimes is a bit dodgy, but thats the appeal in some ways. With the exception of some storylines, I thing the RGB was one of the best cartoons of the 80's and I will always enjoy watching it.

Now that I'm older, I appreciate the series more. I get some of the more “adult” humor and references. I wish they made more cartoons like this for kids this day and age.
