A Ghostbusters convention would be so awesome. Probably wouldn't happen these days but imagine if there was one. Were there ever any in the 80s?

I haven't heard anything about Ghostbusters conventions back in the 1980s…

Biz: I didn't move this here, but as it's in ways a spinoff from the hard cover, I can understand why it was moved here.

It was posted twice once in the general and comic and I felt this was more suited for the comic forums. (^_^)

EDIT: I cleaned up the top of the comic forum a bit and put this as an announcement. “You don't think the sign is too subtle Marty. You don't think people are gonna drive down and not see the sign!?” (*peter) I think people will still find it here in the comic forums. Plus it seems everyone who subscribed to 88MPH are getting emails about it too. Ideally it'd be cool to update the Hardcover frontpage of Ghostbusters.net to the lithograph news. Then EVERYONE would find it.

I agree, I'm just saying that Seb already has just about every obstacle going against him in terms of selling these things as it is. Giving him space on the main board would be helpful.

I understand everyone's reluctance regarding price and also 88MPH's track record.

FYI : We sold only 20 copies. Far Far from great. I had hoped for at least 50-60 copies.

The S&H price is high but that's what it costs, cutting that down would cut in the profit and I ain't making any as of now, so things are not too bright.

I blame myself. (so do I)

Early days yet, you've got to overcome both past reputation and the fact that at the moment Europeans can't buy… given how things have been it could've easily been far worse. It's 20 people who have bought it so far, there's obviously some interest.

I'm glad nobody is buying from you. It seems all you do is lie, run away, and hide. I've asked you for a refund for the Legion hardcover about 10 times now and you have never even sent me a response. I followed the instructions on the homepage of 88mph.net and even sent you a PM and you can't even reply?

Gotta say I agree… I grew sick of the run around long ago. It was my birthday this past week and I actually had the option of getting this litho or getting the “other” Ghostbusters DVD set. Guess which one I chose?

looks like we're all deeper in the hardcover hole with this thing not selling. Does this mean since this isn't making a profit(as of now), there is probably even less money to fund printing of the hardcover? i'm just trying to understand. This litho was offered to try and pay for something everyone payed for already? Is it likely the hardcover will never see the light of day at this point?
