Those out there with EctoMobiles, what type of siren are you using or how did you set it up to get the sound from the films?

Hello. Thesiren on the Ecto-1 is a ‘Federal C5 GB’. However, it does not actually sound like the siren in the film… close, but not the same. The sound in the film was dubbed over. Something that I would suggest is if your light bar has a speaker in it you could loop a sample of the siren sound used in the film and run it through that. I can't vouch for how sucsessful this would be because I've not yet tried it.

I used the Extreme Ghostbusters car toy. On the top there is a button in wich there are many sound affects. One in wich there is the same or very close to it siren. I recoreded it on tape and it is really good.
