He asked people to put buttons on his jacket, that one is just a joke.

Seriously, you're a bunch of fruitcakes.

The new car outside a building at CSU that slightly resembles an art museum or library or… whatever. The place would look better if it was covered in slime, don't you agree?

3/4 view of the right side. The left side of the car is what we refer to as the ‘hero side’ because it has dual tanks and the tubes, it has more going on. I am currently trying to think of some additions to the right side to make it more interesting. Ladders are out of the question, can you guess why?

SUBIE SAYS, “GRRRRVROOOM!” Ecto-1K plates are on the way.

Master Control. Anyone who gets the reference wins a biscuit. The controls are hard-wired through the firewall in the car straight to the battery. Power-out cables go under carpet and out the back hatch, a HUGE improvement over the junglefuck that was the old wiring system. Switch function in order from left to right… Front outer rotators, front inner rotator, rear outer rotators, rear inner rotators, master power.

Average night out with a guestbuster.

Whaddaya think?

When are you guys joining Ghostbusters International®?

Seriously, if you're interested check out the site for the basic requirements. You and your friends have been already doing what part of GBI is about.

Very cool. Love the front shot, looks reminds me of the old comic cover.

Can you average out an amount that was spent on “pimping” this car out Ghostbusters style?

Yup, that is what I was going for. I should get a fog machine and some stage lights, yes?

It really is hard to say. $800 for the pair of lightbars (brand new), probably something like $350 for paint and wood and screws and all that, including the really expensive giant pvc bits, $50 for all the electrical controls and wiring, $25 satellite dish, $10 for the quad tanks on the side, $30 for the blue hose, and probably about $100 for the graphics on the sides.

In all, we tell people it cost about $1,400. With a credit card that is really easy, and with a friend to halve the burden with you, it's even easier.

Granted, we had to build everything at least once, I had to reprint the graphics several times (mostly the phone numbers on the sides), we did the controls twice over, and lots of other bits, so it cost me MUCH more than that total, especially with the accident and all.

Oh, and we have one of these for each seatbelt in the car…

I got two pairs for 1 penny each on ebay, with $10 shipping per pair from Australia.
