1959 Caddilac Ambulances, especially the Meteor Miller which is the model for Ecto-1 are extremely hard to come by these days, even rarer to find in good condition with all of the original features, and then there's the price range, they can be pretty pricey.

And unfortunately, unless you have the money, time and resources to pull it off there's no point trying to make an Ecto-1 replica as out of all of them, it's the most difficult replica to create short of a life-size Firehouse copy.
