i know. the 66 movie was more comedy than action (as Ghostbusters) but like Jim said, it voids the original idea for the character of Batman.
i happened to of liked the 66 Batman (on tape), Tim's Batman, and Batman Returns. what pissed me off, was Batman Forever, and Batman and Robin.
they completely screwed up the feel of Gotham City, and the cool Batmobile which i grew to like. after Forever, it was nothin but a joke.
in the newer versions, they have neon and blacklights all over the frickin place, these stupid holagrams over the damn buildings, and 50's looking cars in this technicated piece of sh!t of a city, therefore, screwing up the balance of the enviroment.
not to mention the crappy designs for the buildings, which makes it look like they're about to tip from a stiff breeze.
the 66 version is simple, but it works, and the only ones of the newer series, are the ones Tim Burton made.
That's my opinion, and im stickin by it!
