Comic-Con 2006: Ghostbusters 3 Talk
Ernie Hudson is eager to get started on a third installment.
by Chris Carle

July 22, 2006 - Ever since Ghostbusters 2 was released nearly twenty years ago, San Diego's Comic-Con has been a breeding ground for rumor of a possible sequel. Harold Ramis, the director of the first two Ghostbuster movies, indicated recently the sequel was further along than ever, hinting that he would like to cast Ben Stiller as one of the Ghostbusters.

At the Snoop Dogg Hood of Horror panel, Ghostbuster Ernie Hudson added fuel to the rumor fire, when he responded to the “will there be a sequel?” question.

Hudson said: "I've been hearing about Ghostbusters 3 for 20 years… Harold would love to and Dan would… Bill is the hold-out."

This is in line with statements that Ramis has made, lending credence to the sequel talk, and giving Ghostbuster fans even more to get excited about. As always, we will have more about the possible Ghostbusters sequel as we hear about it.

Who wrote this article, it's already fake to me if you don't know who the real director is and we already know it for years about the rumorsi of Ben Stiller.

dude… don't believe everything IGN says… besides, they began all this GB3/Ramis rumour crap in the first place… and it's not just because of Bill Murray that GB3 hasn't been made… don't forget that crappy Sony Studios, who now owns the GB rights, already said in the past that they don't want to pay to do the third movie… but then again, who knows…

Are they freaking serious? More rumours have come out of IGN and Hollywood.com then SDCC I'd say.

Oh yeah, nice work Chris Carle… never heard of Ivan Reitman, have you?

Moron.
