I am certain a lot will ask, what shape are the cars in? Have they been garaged? Can you get pictures? If they ever plan to sell, could you inform us?

A lot of us know what shape the cars are in (;_ Be prepare dude for a shock of a lifetime. I'll start with Ecto-1 cause its the mosty famous, that was just semi restore but Sony did a shitty job. It was on display at Universal Orlando a couple yrs ago but the florida weather did a lot of damage to it. Now its back at Sony with a hole in the windshield, can cost up to 2500 to replace. Let me make this… abundantly clear, not everyone cares about the cars as much as you do, and it will not always be the ‘shock of a lifetime’.

Look, it pains me that they're rusting away and being treated in the worst possible manner, but they are still cars, inanimate objects which cost a lot of green to keep in condition, green which Sony obviously thinks can be better spent elsewhere… like everything else, there will be people fanatically devoted to the Ectos and people who are not gonna give to flying hoots if the cars get scrapped…

the car is gorgeous. how long did it take you to get that far in the restoration process? Oh, and Nova is adorable.

As for that Ecto-1 plate in the auction, that is crap. If you're gonna go for a replica plate it should LOOK like the plate it's replicating!
