While pursuing some video editing software to edit my Ghostbusters movie with, I find an inexpensive, easy, yet extremley simple video editing software. It cost about $65. You can easily make your own plug ins for it. But it comes with many plugins. Also on the website thier is a plug in library, filled with free plugins. Included is a Proton Stream, and a flickering tip. They are all extremley acurate. You can also do matrix like bullet and blood effects. It even has phaser and lightsaber effects. Check It Out
