I say no to a female ghostbuster, no offense, but that wouldn't leave room for the three comedians I would want to do it (Chris Rock, Jimmy Fallon, Jack Black) And on top of that, I can't think of any women funny enough, not even Janine Garafalo.

Yeah, Annie Pots (and Sigourney Weaver) both would be the most realistic and obvious choices.
