Venkman69, I pray you're not talking about Shannon Elizabeth, whose only feature is her beauty. She is a terrible actress and has starred in terrible films, including American Pie, Scary Movie, and Tomcats, all of which suck, and I don't mean to offend fans, but I'm certainly not one.
A female Ghostbuster is a good idea, but who? I like the Christina Ricci idea and she is not as ugly as was said, Winona Ryder is a decent choice except she is on trial for shoplifting $4,500 worth of merchandise, and Sandra Bullock is a decent choice.
I think, however, the movie would be better off with someone a little less known, so you're not sure what to expect.
Which leaves me with…surprise…no idea at all…

Yeah! That's it. Shannon Elizabeth. What do u mean she can't act? Course she can. She could carry a pack and a gun for a small part in the movie as well as anyone else.

P.S. Scary Movie and American Pie were excellent movies!
