As stated by Sebastion, the Firehouse will be based on it's film counterpart, so the company will be operating from the Firehouse

and of course, we never saw the actual damage to the firehouse inside in the first film so they'll find a way to explain it

Regardless of how bad the damage was, the GBs would have repaired it.

You fixed the chain, Vego. . .

I'm glad the Firehouse will remain true to it's Movie Counterpart. That's how it should look. However, There are two parts of the Firehouse that should resemble their RGB Counterparts: The Basement, and of course, The Giant Ecto-Containment Unit. After it blew up and was destroyed in the Original Movie, they had to rebuild that and the Basement to be bigger. And remember, by the end of the Original Movie, they had a whole lot more money than what they started out with (They still wouldn't be considered rich, though. ), which definitely would have helped them in rebuilding the Firehouse, the Basement, and the Ecto-Containment Unit. They needed a bigger Containment Unit anyway. So it makes perfect sense.

i disagree, i would HATE to see the RGB containment unit in the new comic. the basement wasn't that big at all in the film.

the RGB C.U. wont be there because RGB never happened in this universe. You might see a more modified C.U., but then again you might not.
