They were Kahki overdyed Grey, thats why they look tan is some shots.

I just finnished watching the movies, and there are some parts where the suits look grey and other tan, is it possible that like in the second movie, they used two sets of jump suits?

Its a brightly lit Photo. I have a couple of Dan Akyroid from the same photo shoot. The more light on the costume the more the grey is washed out and the more tan they look.
They really only used the overdyed Navy flight suits in the first film and two different color custom made suits for the second

right in the second one they had Tan ones and dark grey ones.
