Right now one ebay there is a Cadillaic 59' miller meteor for sale. If you want to make a ecto replica, you might want to look into this. (*peter)

I think this is the auction he is talking about. Although it is a landau-style (meaning the rear windows do not exist and are covered with material) hearse, not a combination (ambulance and/or hearse) it is still a pretty decent car.

Yep and here his quote on why he did..

Yes. Its true. The ‘59 is on its way to the desert southwest. Land of dust and free of rust. I would have said something sooner, but I was at work when the auction ended, and at a halloween event right after work. Apparently I wasnt the only person watching the auction today. You guys are quick.

Just when I thought I had a complete set of 59’s, my wife points out that I don't have a running Hearse currently as the 3-Way is a long term restoration project, and I don't have an endloader either. Amazingly enough, this one takes care of both problems. I just need to figure out how to shuffle the barn around to make room for her. I'll make space though. She looks like a really nice coach that doesnt really need too much to be really sharp looking. I'll report back as we get her down here and start the freshening.
