i played football for a year but stopped when i turned my ankle and got a couple of cracked ribs from being the center for my high school team. everybody wonders why i quit the team. lets face it im friggin staypuft here. everyone was upset when i quit. basically the real reason i quit was because of the coach. i played my junior year and the coach favored the seniors so he could get them scholarships and let them do everything so they could get into college. he focused his entire time on the seniors and the team ended up going 2-8. that's 2 wins and 8 losses.
i did not join the football team again after that because he was basically a D*ck. anyway this is just me venting so don't mind me.
i know how it feels to not be in something you want to do.

I guess im lucky because everybody gets treated fairly at my school .another thing is nobody gets cut as long as they come to all the practices.(for all the teams 9th grade jv and v)

Your lucky Creed. I wish it was like that around here, and it should be, but it's not. I am convinced about 98 percent now that it is who you know and who you don't. It's cool to hear about other things you guys loved in high school. Back, man, that must've been rough, havin' to give up somethin' you love so much. I am pretty much ginving up on baseball now, there's no way i can improve my skill level to the level the varsity kids play at, and this was my last chance to play junior varsity. I guess I'm done. I'm going to play tennis this year, I HATE it, but I have to do some kind of summer sport, I'm always being asked to play because of my height, and I'm not doing track. We'll see how this summer goes.

Does anyone run? I run track, and cross country. Im gonna try out for the bball team this november. It used to happen in Jr. high but it doesnt happen in high school because its so big. The thing that happens here though is you are way more likely to make it if you had a successful brother before you even if you arnt that good.

Jane….Dane I know how you feel….except Im the one these threats are coming from….supposedly Ive been suspended for sarcasm for 3 days and on the same day my friend was only suspended for 1 day and he had a knife… and thats just the start of it. Most people in my school are afraid of me. *sigh* you kinda get a little lonely when you have to go through that
