That would figure with the CG. But it could easily be done with makeup effects faster. Also, they did report that Piccolo was going to be green so, yea. The trailer is reported to be coming out in October, too.

For the love of God…..WHY?

I know I'm alone, but maybe the sequel will be an adaptation of Dragonball Z.

Even if it was, which I highly doubt…if they were inable to make a decent DragonBall Movie…how much hope do you have of a decent Z movie…really?

This one was bad enough, I'm wondering what the hell can they do in a sequel. The film felt so rushed, and there was like no character development at all. The way Chi Chi and Goku start falling in love is probably the worst part of the film. It felt like all of a sudden they fell in love or started to date, because that's pretty much where it was by the end of the film, when at the beginning she barely even knew him. This might sound normal in all movies, but there was no development with there relationship at all. A few scenes where they might, that's about it.

I heard they film budget was about $45 million, and there box office was just a little over $55 million. That's not much of a profit really.

The OVERALL gross revenue worldwide was $55 million. Most of the profit came from the Asian market, which is really surprising seeing as a lot of them were complaining how Goku was a white guy when Goku is a Asian name coming from the Money King Stories. Also he was referred to a Son Goku at one point in the film, again Son is an Asian name. I'm not trying to start the whole asian Goku thing, but I'm just saying, a lot of the Asian fans were complaining about this.
