This seller's legit. I wouldn't worry at all if I was the highest bidder.
I too remember seeing this exact playset on eBay a few years ago. Maybe he had more than one or most probably, maybe the past highest bidder did not honor his (or her) bid.
That's just my 2 cents (a Canadian two cents)

Considering the rarity of the item, I would most likely say its probably the same one that was on auction as before and the person whom won last time was a deadbeat. But I could be wrong (wouldn't be the first and won't be the last time)
