With as much development that has been put into all versions of the game…all I have to say is not likely.
The cost of producing games now a days is quit astronomical making exclusives much harder to validate business-wise.
But what do I know, I am not in the video game industry. If this does pan out (which I doubt it will) then this is unfortunately a game I will reluctantly have to pass on as I do not wish to own a George Foreman Grill.

*sigh* Why do people have to keep spreading the rumors like wildfire? It's really unnecessary. They're always like, “now, this is just a rumor, BUT….” If it's not true then why put it out there?! :@ :-@ (o_O)
And why can't somebody tell us something about the game already? Why are things always so hush hush and secret? If we have to wait til ‘09, then fine, we have to wait. But we can’t know yet? I mean, c'mon!

Even if it weren't already being disregarded because it was a rumor to begin with, after all the hype about the game being cross platform it'd contravene common sense to then make it PS3 only.
If only the people making these rumors put that effort and energy to something more constructive.

I'd guess Sony is going to be a b*tch and release it for PS3 first, via their company, then release it everywhere else.

It's not impossible… but it wouldn' be wise from the $ point of view! But on the other hand, it is Sony. They aren't popular for wise marketing plans.

Sometimes games do a “limited exclusivity” thing. Rock Band 2 is doing it for Xbox 360. I really don't know if that will happen with Ghostbusters though… and if it does, I can't see them holding on to the other versions before the holiday.

they won't, they get some sense of pleasure from doing this insanity, but I will wait until some official word.
