Game to be a PS3 Exclusive?

Total crap. Like seriously, not remotely true.

The amount it cost them to develop for both systems and then decide to switch last minute is beyond silly. Most mutliplatform games are made for the 360 then just ported over to the PS3(ignoring how shit it is to program for the PS3 in the first place).

I hope Sony isn´t considerating that idea… thinking “Hey, GB game can be the one that our console was waiting for” (Just like Xbox 360 has Gears of war).

I hope not.

Well… With Sony exclusive video games. They usually come out on other platforms eventually. Final Fantasy, GTA, and Sonic were platform exclusive brands until a few years ago. So if it does it'll be a year or so before the other versions of the game come out for Wii, DS and 360.

I seriously hope not, but I wouldn't put it past Sony to do that kinda thing, after all, this is the company that kept the Real Ghostbusters from DVD for so damn long.

Hopefully this is just another one of those stupid rumors, cause I really, really don't want to have to pass on Ghostbusters.

You seem to know a lot about gaming and programing would you care to enlighten me on why the ps3 is so shitty to program?

I do not wish to own a George Foreman Grill.

That's quite stupid.

The PS3 is way better on many points, which I won't tell.
I own both systems and I can tell you that games and hardware itself is far superior.

About a PS3 version only, I think it could be good for Sony to have its exclusivity for one year or more, just like Bioshock.

I dont agree with the exclusivity at all, merely because ghostbusters is owned by sony does not mean its to be exclusive to anyone, yes, the hardware on a ps3 is superior, but I do not like the ps3, not because i am a fanboy, I just dont like it, a friend allowed me to borrow his for a week and i found myself not using it often, i prefer my xbox360.

I say keep the multiplatform release, use something else to sell the ps3, not ghostbusters, its not fair to the fans who cant afford or desire to get a ps3 and/or are happy with their current consoles.

I hope that this is just a bad rumour still, that some idiot is just blowing hot air.

What does the power of the hardware have to do with having fun playing video games?

For all that power the PS3 has, all it means is it costs you $150 more TO play LESS games.

Who are you to tell me I can't spend $600 for the top of the line technology and no good games to use with it!?

Can't speak for everyone else, but for me hardware has nothing to do with it. Don't get me wrong, one day I will probably jump on the bandwagon with the 50 or so others who own a PS3 (if I can find space for it)…it's just that there really isn't anything in their library atm (MGS4 and Ratchet and Clank Future are exceptions) to fit my gaming pleasures like Xbox and XBL does.
Not to mention there is the issue of price. I do not have $379-500 to spend on just the system at this junctor…I bought both my 360 and my Wii as well as 2 games between the to two of them within that price range.

I am sorry…but I'll pass thanks.
