I love Ghostbusters, but I hate Sony. Therefore, I will not buy a PS3 just for GBTVG if it is a Sony Exclusive. I will wait for the ports. Everyone else should too. We need to let Sony know that we won't put up with their crap anymore.

Us not buying it is not gonna be giving them any message anytime soon, because either way there's gonna be a lot of people buying the PS3 version just as much as the other versions.
But I don't really think it's Sony's fault completely that the game may get delayed. Blame Activision, because they are the ones who decided not to publish it, therefore looking for another publisher and delaying it is partly there fault too, if not more.

my first DVD player was bought to watch the ghostbusters Special widescreen edition when it came out
everything else was secondary.

I have a 1920x1200 monitor back at the house and I picked up a blu-ray/HD-DVD player for about 160 bucks on New Egg. PC blu-ray drives are dirt cheap.

I don't really have the interest of money to buy a PS3 just so I could play ONE game either. Honestly, not a lot of the games interest me, so I might as well get the PC version.
As for DVD though, the same thing kind of happened to me, but then there are more movies I'm interested in then games lol.

there is no way i would spend money on a whole new system for just one game, even if it is Ghostbusters.
I would just play the PC version as well. the majority of people dont have extra money to buy a 2nd system these days… we spend our money on gas.

Right now the only thing I would buy a PS3 for is the added bonus of a blu ray player.

My GameStop just called me in regards to the game, offering me a refund of my initial deposit "due to Activision/Blizzard deciding not to release the game this year".
