If if buy a game, I'd like it to be complete when it's out, not like the online mod for RE5 they released immediately after the game's Day1.

I don't get this when people say this. If a feature is not on the disc, then yeah it is an incomplete disc if that feature was supposed to be there in the first place. If the game gets the feature as soon as it updates on your system through DLC, then I still think it is a complete game.

As for the ode with the game.

Maybe it is for 48 hours of XBL Gold.

The 48 Hour XBL code is pretty common in package insert in games advertised as co-op or online capable these days…so I doubt that it is though…though I am not ruling out the possibility.

It's not that common actually. I have actually bought games that did't come with the 48 free code and they had online and online co-op.

My GTA 4 didn't come with one and I pre-ordered it. Yes that one has online multiplayer. That has online capabilities.

I can't see this code being something like “5 free maps of DLC” like Gears of War 2 did. It's not that kind of multiplayer.

I am either guessing it is the 48 hours….or just a typo by Gamespot as this is not the first time this has happened.

Thats wierd. Mine did…but then again I did buy mine almost a month after it had been in stores so that could be why…
