That is part of the problem. There's a money shortage from not all being sold and all the cancellations ‘cause people can’t wait for shit in this day and age. If it's not instant, it's too slow.

You are joking right? For some it's been a YEAR. Stop and think. ONE YEAR.

3 months, sure. 1 year, are you crazy? Think of all the things that can happen in a span of 1 year.

Well the way I look at it is that I've been a loyal Ghostbusters fan since I was 3, and I'm not about to stop now. Besides, with potentially only 1000 copies being made, this book will sky rocket in value within a few years.

I think the problem is bad advertising. I don't think Sebastien marketed it well enough. True, marketing costs tons, but can you imagine how many collectors would be after this thing?

In the end, there HAS to be more than 1000 Ghostbusters fans in this country. All these message boards are only representative of probably a minority of the total fan count.

Well, that's what I think anyway.

If people want(ed) to cancel due to what is right about now officially a 1-year delay, then they have(or had) every right to do that. If Sebastien thought he was going to have problems getting the HC out, then maybe he should've waited and made more preparations before he started taking preorders. Seb had his chances, I doubt anyone canceled until at least past the 3-month mark after preorders started. If you want to blame anyone for a money shortage, blame Seb. He was the head honcho in this whole matter. Not the customers, who I'm sure gave him plenty of time to get something in exchange for their money before retracting. Seb didn't care enough about their support or money to even give so much as regular updates.

Uh, he's owned up to that fact, where've you been? He wasn't prepared before but now it's a live and learn thing. And all I'm saying is the cancellations don't help, not that they're the root cause.

And why the hell is it every time I go to write root I write route?! Friggin' annoying!

Maybe you should just start using the phrase “route to the cause”! Problem solved.

Let's face it, at this point I think it's safe to say that the Hardcover will never see the light of day.

I tried to remain optimistic for a while, but it's been close to 2 years now since this item was supposed to be released and it isn't even close to happening.

Maybe with a little luck, another company will obtain the Ghostbusters lisence and start a new comic.
