Hard Cover update

Hello All!

I have to address the refund requests situation that has been growing lately.

First of all, I can not blame anyone who is tired of this ridiculous delay, I am the first to admit it. I too would be pissed if a company was holding my money for that long. I have no other excuse than my own innexperience on handling pre-orders. I should have made sure that 100% of the required funds to publish were available. Now I know what went wrong and I know what to do to avoid such mistake for the future.

What I am doing right now is working on getting financing to complete the necessary amount to publish the HC. Refund requests were low in the past and I was able to do them. Now there is a lot more and I can't absorb that many requests. It's a case of me making 1 step forward getting the funds to publish, and 2 steps back to refund customers who are perfectly legitimate in requesting a refund.

This situation has no easy or simple solution and I apologize for it. Your money is not lost, the book will be published no matter what, you will recieve what you paid for.

I have a question. If my comic book store ordered the HC when it was first previewed are they going to have to reorder at this point or what?

Still no Hardcover.

All material regarding the hardcover has been removed from the 88mph Studios website.

Refund requests are being ignored/denied, and lawsuits are being considered.

Clavet should cut his losses, cancel the hardcover and refund everyone's money now before it gets any worse.

At any rate, let's face it, the Legion Hardcover will never see the light of day.
