Seb said something like the hardcover has to come out in 2006 or their will be consequences for him. If you're still waiting, we only have 6 months to go. (*_*) <–ok, not so shocked.

There never was a Legion Hardcover, let alone a new Ghostbusters comic, what you saw was actually swamp gas from a weather balloon was trapped in a thermal pocket and reflected the light from Venus.

So besides all the arguments here, is there actually anything new going on? What exactly is going on? Is the HC being published or not?
If you take a look at the site, they say they “Will Be Right Back”, so hang in there…

But I wouldn't be exactly sitting on the edge of your seat if I were you, your bumcrack will eventually become horizontal before it gets ‘sent to the printers’.

While nothing official has been announced one way or another, I think it's become clear that the Hardcover will never, ever see print.

Which begs the question: ‘Where do we go from here?’

If the reports are true, and Clavet is refusung to refund customers money, then it appears now that hundreds of people are being cheated out of thousands of dollars.

So, now what?

Personally, I'm at a loss. A class-action lawsuit seems unrealistic, but it may be the only way to see this mess set right.
