Well, it was originally on Diamonds list to be shipped tomorrow, but its now no longer on there. Here's the current scoop, directly from 88 MPH's website:

December 28th, 2004


I wanted to quickly inform you that Legions's mini-serie last issue is all done and ready to go to print. Stay tuned as we will announce the release date next week.

on another MB they read it would come out in January. Then after that……eh who knows what will happen.

Okay, that'd be cool if they did move the release date forward.
