The big question is, how much you willing to spend?
Screen quality Proton Packs don't come cheap, they start at $500 a piece and go up depending on things. Additionally, it is illegal to sell complete props as it violates copyright, so even if you could afford three and could find someone whould would sell three screen quality Packs, you'd still have to perform some work on them to complete them.
I'm not trying to be overly negative, but a lot of the prop makers prefer people to try build props themselves.

I do wanna try myself but no good at following plans, plus can sub other things for other, things…!
I want one really good complete set and then I can model it on that so I have something to work on.

You know I was just thinking, was is the point in paying close to $1,000 for a replica proton pack and it will just sit there on display? I was just thinking that.

Plenty of reasons.
These are pieces of art, my man…..not only that, but they're a part of a film we all love so much.
Check out my collection's site sometime……some of those things cost far more than $1K, and they “sit there on display.” I appreciate them because they're a tactile, real part of the GB movie franchise……something that's a part of my nostalgia, and something that I can display with pride.
Most importantly, they're something that ties us together in a love of all things GB.
In addition to a great display, some of these replicas are great halloween and con getups….they can certainly pay for themselves in halloween costume contest use. Plus, the reaction that a GB gets at ANY event is fantastic…..makes the cost more than worth it. .

It is fun to see how people have such an amount of question has to ask us. If I must pay 1000$ to embellish my shelves with an rare item… I am always ready.

Yah I know, it's the problem with props and collection item. but there's a solution. Make your own prop with some stuff you can find around you. Use your imagination

So is a very fine art piece that some people decide to buy and hang on their wall. At least we can wear our Proton Pack (it would look kind of odd running around with a Van Gogh on your back :p ). At least we get more use out of it.
