I went this summer, and sadly, didn't see anything GB related.

I was at USF in ‘97 and they had heaps of plush toys and postcards. But of course that was the era of Extreme Ghostbusters. They probably don’t have much memorabilia these days.

The Ghostbusters attraction hasnt been in Universal Studios since the early 90s. Universal shut it down because its popularity dropped and they needed room for a newer attraction. It was an interesting show though. It was basically a stage act like T2 only without the 3D effects. They even sold kits for your own proton pack!!!! They were blue though so dont get all excited(like you would) The kits ran at $1000 a piece and up. smile There is an old billboard sign for the ghostbusters still up as you exit Universal studios park I dont remember where it is though. Really cool seeing all this stuff.

Actually, at universal, when the GB attraction was there, they had three seperate kits for ghostbusting, each of which went up in price. The first kit was just a pack, the second was probably a pack and a trap or something like that. The third one was the blue one (in pastels, as Louis said). The ecto-containment unit was a giant glass walled room with a spiral staircase that lead up to a physical door that you could walk through and all the controls. I remember the show by heart. I saw it three times when it was there. It was great. Had the GB's autographs when I was like… 7 or something.
