Is there a website that sells the flightsuits? Or a store where I could get them? I'm building my uniform. Thanks.

Army Navy surplus store… that's where I got mine.

Yeah any military surplus site online should have them. I think even amazon.com has them. It will be the same generic picture of a guy in a khaki flightsuit looking off to the right. Definetly check out gbfans.com(formerly gbprops) under the equipment section as there is a wealth of information on the uniform parts, suits, reference pictures. As well as the uniform forums on there which you may have already checked out with loads of information on how some people dye their suits with RIT Pearl Gray to achieve a color a little closer to the movie etc. Most people order their suit a little big as they were somewhat baggy in the movie.

There's generally more specific info/discussions there on the suits then there will ever be here. Not to run you off though, I'm over there too. :p There is even a shop section on gbfans.com where there are probably the best ghostbusters patches available on the internet and the guy does good work/fast shipping! Good luck, welcome aboard! (*peter)

Probably a dumb question, but be nice to me ‘cause I’m new:

What's the etiquette on using differently-colored flightsuits? I've seen some crews that have black uniforms, some with charcoal gray, some with olive drab. Is there any reason NOT to do this?

Nothing that I can think of at the moment! I will tell you this: people tend to go with the tan/light gray flightsuit just because it's so easily recognizable. That, and it's also very common, and, above all, cheap–other colors are probably more expensive.

I guess uniformity is the real key, huh? Like, you wouldn't want one guy in gray, one in black, etc. I kind of like the idea of having a differently-colored uniform. It kind of implies a franchise scenario. Again, sorry if any of this is elementary stuff to those who've been here longer than I.
