I agrere there are to old but i would love to see the release of the fims and maybe new DVDs

I don't think it's fair to use someone's typing abilities as proof that they're not who they say they are. I've seen some of you people type - you're not much better.
A simple search turned up this;

Between this (which lists the same email address he posted here) and d's vouching for him (not to mention the actual item for sale on eBay), I'm inclined to give him the benefit of the doubt. It's not conclusive, but it's certainly compelling.
For the time being, you don't have to believe him - it's true the web is notorious for hoaxes and pranks, but given the circumstances, you could at least extend him a little courtesy (and perhaps retract a couple of the less respectful comments).
- His IP does in fact lead back to the same service provider as the address given. Please be courteous.

It's cool to have someone from the film on the boards talking to us. Hi, Mike. I just wish that you had introduced yourself on the General GB board before coming here and told us something we already knew. But, wow. It is very cool to have you with us. Thanks for helping make one of the coolest flicks ever.

I must apologise to Mr. Gross, I was to quick to judge. So, Mr. Gross, I appologise for my post “I take it that we'll hate it when someone says there will be no GB3 and I believe that Mike C. Gross, would have enojyed seeing a GB3. ” . I was too quick to judge. and welcome ro Ghostbusters.Net.

well, guys, i bought some storyboards from mr. gross on ebay some time ago. the email he has listed on this site is the same, and he even has the same user name. just because someone has a few typos, doesn't make them a fraud. i tend not to use the best of my typing abilities while on the boards…

:d i have faith in derik, if osborn says its michael than thats good enough for me! i mean come on people you dont have to be so mean to the guy anyway say things a little nicer.
also yea, a producer could be replaced, well if he is who he says he is which i do think so then this is the guy who created the gb logo, so i doubt that he wouldnt be involved in the 3rd movie if there was going to be one.
plus hes right, murrys hairs white, ramis has gottin a little heavey, aykroyd has lost lots of hair, and i really dunno about hudson but i kno they could get more ppl to be the gbs but maybe thats not how they want to do it because it might not do as good. plus in my ciniscape magazine aykroyd has said that ghostbusters 3 will not be made because of money issues and murry and weaver dont want to come back.

Like Ive said before, they're in their 50's not their 80's or 90's. They look fine. And as far as associate producers….they can be replaced. You may be too old buddy, but they arent and you can be replaced. Just because you are too old doesnt mean you can guarente that there will never be a GB3 because you dont make those decisions. Sony would make that decision. And if Sony wanted a GB3, they'd get one regardless your age.

Aykroyd has allready that the dors are closed for a ghostbusters 3, yes sony could make a ghostbusters whenever they want but they wont because murry and weaver dont want to come back and ramis has gained a lot of weight! so mant ppl would not like the movie, ghostheads would but it will take a lot more of us to go and see it for it to do well. Micheal didnt say they werent doing it because because he was to old, just that everyone has aged and ppl wont return for another. as much as all the ghostheads including me want a 3rd one there wont be one they are old, you guys just cant bring yourselves around to belive this!
