no its not. Gb3 is far far from Pre production, its not happening til Bill Says Yes.

I'd probably believe someone announcing news of Ghostbusters 3 if, for a change, they mention they're just starting pre-production and not post-production.

I mean you hear about everything throughout the production of the movies. The actors mention what they're working on, you start to see advertisments and hear the hype long before it's released. All the actors would be appearing on TV all the time to also help the promotion. You'd see posters, TV adverts, trailers, toys, Ghostbusters happy meals and video games. It wouldn't just appear in the cinema without anyone knowing about it - even Son Of Mask is getting all this hype despite it obviously being a second-rate money grabbing sequel.

There is no Ghostbusters 3 about to be released - you'd know it for a fact if it was that far into development. Everyone would know it.

Natural films is a student based independent film group. He wanted to make another ghostbusters, just like all the other fanse here. Its just another fan film.

Ok so murray owns part of the rights, so what if he dies lol. Then what, new movie? I mean what if all of us fans chipped in like $20 to buy it from bill murray can we go ahead and make the movie

There's no way in Hell we'd be able to buy it from Bill Murray, it'd be way to high.

I never really like it when people start suggesting that the way to get the movie is to have Bill die, I may not like the guy personally but I don't wish death on him…

…certain people I know, now that's a different story…

Why don't you like Bill? I mean, I'm a bit peeved at him for not wanting GB3 but I mean, I can kinda see where he's coming from…from everything I've seen he seems like a good guy…. *shrugs*

I read somewhere that is is a nasty rumor and not true. I think JMS said that Bill had NOTHING to do with that, and even liked the way his character turned out on the show.

It was my understanding that Lorenzo Music left because he had started doing Garfield and Friends and didn't have the time to do two series.
