GB3 Could Be Poison!!!

I hate to be the one to rain on this party, but I have something for all of you to keep in mind. I would love for there to be a GB3, I really would. But what happens if they make it and it is horrible? It would ruin the whole GB reputation. It has been over a decade since Ghostbusters 2 came out, this would be quite a blow if they screwed it up. If they make it, they had better be sure it is as good as the first two. What are your thoughts?

You have a point, but Dan claims he's written a good script, and if they made it, I would hope they take their time and do it the best they can.

Of course, there's a chance GB3 might suck. You take that risk with all films. Indy 4 might suck, but I sincerely doubt it. You just have to have faith in the people who are making it.

I didn`t think that Blues Brothers 2000 was all that great. You could tell they were trying to set a GB atmosphere in Evolution, but it didn`t work too well. If they make a GB3 they had better do it perfectly, otherwise they will destroy the good reputation that GB has.

We all say we want a GB3 but look at GB 2. Everyone on this site says, yeah, we'll see it it will be a hit (GB3). But GB2 made less that 50% of the original GB movie. SO how will they know if GB 3 will be a hit?
