I keep seeing people post about this… Dan, said that the script was done and if he could get the money together he would make it. Well sony is now going to give him the money to make it since the DvD made so much money.

Also sony has bought the domain www.ghostbusters3.com and once they get things started the site should be all about ghostbusters. Also just e-mail them about this.

Also Dan said on TV not too long ago that he would not bring back the old cast, It will be all new people. And 2 of the ghostbusters dont want to have anything to do with this project. Take a guess who they are smile

That's great!!! But, one question? Where did you hear that information? And who do you think they'll get to play the new cast? Also when I typed in www.Ghostbusters3.com, it went to the Sony Pictures site. Maybe that's telling us something. I don't know, just a hunch.

Yep.. Ghostbusters3.com was bought like 3 or 4 years ago. And, I am pretty sure this is not true.

Most of us have known that GB3 was really an impossibility since 2000. But your news is half right. Dan Aykroyd does have a finished script to GB3, and all he has to do is get the money. Remember, the original GB cost of making the picture Dan wanted it to be was around $600,000,0000. It never came out that way. With GB3 it is supposed to be around that margin with more. Sony, apparently, does not want to risk a billion dollars on a franchise that only fans will see.
If your source is credible, why not post the site where it comes from, hmmm?

Which 2 don't want to return??? All i know is that bill murray doesn't really want to, but Ernie Hudson said if he's asked he'll return. I still say its never to late for a sequel to be made. I have strong believe it will be made, we all may be in for a surpraise in 2004 when we see a poster or a teaser trailer in Janurary of 2004 saying,
“Coming to save the world for the last time Summer of 2004” IT can happen!!!
