GB3 might be a possibility

I heard an instrumental MIDI version of the “Ghostbusters” theme on a website, which made me become serious about a brand new “Ghostbusters” movie. My only problem is most of the cast has left show biz: Dan Aykroyd still acts in supporting roles (most notably in Britney Spears' classic, “Crossroads”); I think Bill Murray's last film was “Rushmore” in 1999; I don't know what happened to Harold Ramis; Ernie Hudson has moved on in show biz; and God only knows what Rick Moranis is doing these days. So that left Dan Aykroyd and myself as the Ghostbusters. Either Britney Spears or somebody would cover the theme or the original would be used (but only if Ray Parker, Jr. releases a new album and has at least one new #1 hit). It's probably too far-fetched, though.

Living under a rock?

Bill was in Charlies Angels, The Royal Tenenbaums, and has a TV show on Comedy Central.

Ernie was in Miss Congeniality, and had a great TV show on HBO.

Ramis is directing Analize That, and Bedazzeled, and was recently in Orange County.

Dan, was in Crossroads, Evolution, and Pearl Harbor.

All have many upcomming roles in movies.

I could be mistaken, but I think that Rick Moranis was a voise in Rudolf the Red nosed Reindeer: The Island of Misfit Toys.

Don't quote me on it, but I think I saw that on the back of the box.

*sigh* Newbies…please read old posts!
As for Moranis as a Rudolph voice, maybe a remake? Not sure, but I don't think he's in the original…

A recap for all newbies:

1) Rick Moranis was in the Rudolph film last year as a voice over.

2) Bill Murray is still working continously, with a reprise of his role as Bosley in Charlie's Angles 2.

3) Dan Aykroyd was in Woody Allen's The Curse of the Jade Scorpion and Britney Spears' Crossroads.

4) GB3 has been in the project phase list as *Dead*, but there is a possibility of brining it back it up.

5) Please read old posts or search the site for any news of GB3!

My two cents and how I say them.

I should pray that Groundhog Day 2 is never made. There is no reason for it. It was as far as it should be allowed to go in the first. A sequel would ruin any credibility the first had.

By the way, Moranis started a small movie production company and now spends most of his time with that.

groundhog day 2 wow the way that ended I would give props to the writer that could think of a good script to follow that one up! and as far a bill doing sequel's he did ghostbusters 2 didnt he and as far as any other sequels I dont see a point in making any other's from his post GB2 lists of movies

ps I think Movies205 and PF4eva are the same person but its just an educated guess.

It interesting because Rick Moranis last live motion picture role was Honey we Shrunk ourselves

Bill Murry and Sigorney Weaver are in a movie called Wedding Contracted that in the making.

Well those are just some of them.

PS Im not PF4eva.
