GB3 Soundtrack

If or When the GB3 soundtrack comes out, who would you put on it?

I would go with a little rock and maybe a revamp of the original song.

Little bit of everything to satisfy everyone. Like the GB2 soundtrack had, some rock and some rap. Although it was mostly RAP, I would prefer more rock for the GB3 soundtrack. Definatly a remix of ‘Ghostbusters’ and ‘We’re Back'. Because the song ‘We’re Back' never mentioned the GB2 storyline so it can be used in GB3 also. And definatly have Ray Parker Jr's original theme on there this time. So the answer to your poll question would have to be both. Both a remix and the original. That's the best way.

I agree. There should be both. It wouldn't be worth while if it didn't have the original theme on there, but it would be cool to hear some remixes on there.

I voted for new material. First I think Ray Parker Jr should rerecord the theme song, and there should also be a wide variety of artists and styles for the soundtrack. Rap, metal, pop, it should all be there.

Definatly. I should have made that clear. If anyone is to do a “new version” of the Gb theme then it would have to be Mr. Ghostbuster himself Ray Parker Jr.. I couldn't envision anyone else doing it.

So for all those who thought someone else would be doing it. Im sorry. Ray Parker Jr. would have it.

You could never replace the original Ghostbusters theme. That song will echoe through time long after we are dead… hopefully.

I'm ok IF this ever happens to mix the original theme. I also think they should use Ghostbusters as it was (maybe clean it or remaster it) from 1984.

As for other music, a variety of other songs. Personally I'd like to see something ‘hard,’ either alternative, rock, even metal. I like rap, not sure if I could see it fitting into GB3. Depends on the story. No I wouldn't want rap overdone.

I don't think I would mind Will Smith to do a new GB-song, even though the original should be used as well. I'm just saying I wouldn't mind not because I think he MUST but because there was quite an amount of opposition to the idea that he might. I think it would actually be something better than what was made for GBII.
