Hey everybody,

I'm working on a film this summer with a friend. I thought it'd be fun to put together a ‘teaser’ trailer for a Ghostbusters 3 movie that shows before the actual movie. We've got 3 digital cameras, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere, and After Effects. I'm picking up a copy of Alam DV soon hopefully. The problem is that I need some things for the trailer that will make it look more realistic. It wont show a lot of footage. The only think I can really compare it to is the first Episode 2 trailer called ‘Breathing’. There's little footage, but the little you see is really exciting.

I'd like to show a proton pack firing, a ghost, some other things like that. I was wondering if anybody could provide me with some links of fan films I could use for inspiration. I understand that Alam DV has a great plugin for proton packs but i'd like to see a tutorial on how to make one for after effects. The effects from Ghostbusters can be done so much easier today so if anybody could give me some links for tutorials on special effects that'd be grat. I also need the sound effects for the proton packs and random ‘Ghostbuster sounds’. If any of you could help me out on this I'd appreciated it. Thanks!
