I honestly dont think GB2 had any major mistakes. Any movie that does over 100 million today would be considered a success. GB2 did over that back in 89. Sure it failed to make as much as the first, but there were alot of strong movies out in the summer of 1989. Overall a lot of money was made and everyone was happy with the financial state of GB2.

Yeah, Ghostbusters 2 did do extremely well at the box office (though it didnt break any records like some thought it would).

All in all Ghostbusters 2 is probably my second favorite movie of all time.
