gb3 as many of us know through rumors gb3 plot is the “Guys” fighting the army of hell.
aka the last battle.
if the guys kick the king evil's but who is the bad guy in gb4 ?

There were talks of it being to be continued, but it was never said that this would be the last battle. There would still be ghosts to bust.

The GBs would be fighting the armies of hell, but not all ghosts are supposed to come from there… a whole load came from Gozer's dimension, and of course people die all the time. Just because one set of ghosts is defeated, it is very easy for the writers to find more.

If EGB is any indication, it's not hard to write in a bunch of spooks coming from god knows where.

It's the least of our worries.

On the other hand… making it past GB3… or even having GB3 made seems like a more pressing issue.

the GB3& 4 may have been just a rumor. in the stax review of hellbent, and even our own castwar's script review, they said nothing about the script being so long it could be turned into two films. only one other draft was written, by aykroyd and ramis.
