Since Sony is not going to make a movie version of Ghostbusters III, I think that Aykroyd should write a novel based on the screenplay…

If he's not good at writing a novel-form story, he could get help from somebody… I think that would be awesome… He wouldn't have to get permission from Murray to use Venkman; all he'd have to do is get permission from Sony to use the characters and all… Of course, they may not want to do it, but a novel is a lot less expensive than a motion picture, so it would probably have more of a chance….

Ya know what, Dude, your right. Ya know what else? A lot of the best movies start out as novels based on a screenplay or just novels. If GBIII the novel did well, a movie could be possilble.
