I dunno, this is the first thing i've seen that seems a little… computer-gamey, maybe? haven't spiders been done to death from RE1 onwards?

It's in the writing I guess, so i'll wait and hear the full idea behind her, i'm probably judging books.

Oh, and i'm massively arachnophobic, but really don't find game spiders scary. They're too big to be freaky - if the whole of Ghostbusters was populated by UK house spiders there's no way i'd play it, mind. eeeesh.

I think the boss looks cool. She should be fun to battle. “Why couldn't she be the other type of spider-witch, with the spider part on top and the lady part on the bottom?”

I am not too sure on the Spiderwitch with the GB Universe. I don't know… doesn't seem to match it… :S… can anyone convince me otherwise?

Dan Aykroyd and Harold Ramis wrote the script for the video game.

They wrote the two movies.

If that's not a sign of authenticity, I don't know what is. The only problem is that the “rules” of the universe have been set for 20 years now, so anything that they want to do now that's a new idea would seem odd at first. If this script had come out as a GB movie 15 years ago, no one would bat an eye, but since the rules have been unchanged for 20 years… something out of the established “bounds” will naturally seem out-there at first.

I was weirded out at it by first, but the more I thought of it, the cooler I found it to be. That's just one of the demon's forms, not an actual Spider/Woman. It says so, right in the interview.

I like the idea of a hidden 13th floor at The Sedgewick Hotel, but not sold on the Spider-Witch character, does not feel film world Ghostbusters, might be for the animated show, but not the film world.
