2004 is the year of new toys,comics ,and 20th year so maybe just maybe this will be the year. im not saying that it well be made this year but maybe it will start to be made papers will be signed and a cast well be made let us all hope thanks

I really wish, but Im not giving my hopes up totally. Even the huge success of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles revival hasnt made a movie yet. Im just glad this is gonna be the biggest year for Ghostbusters since 1997. Cept this time, I see them sticking around for along time, as if they ever left.

production has been put on hiatus until a date is set, but it's being worked on….

i really wouldn't hold my breath for any positive GB3 news in '04…. however stranger things have happened….

Until Bill does unlock the rights, I'd say a big no. However we may see a GB re release in cinemas! Maybe even digitially enhanced.

well duuuuhhhh!!! all five rights holders have to agree…. we've talked about this, guys! that is exactly why i said ‘i really wouldn’t hold my breath for any positive GB3 news in ‘04…. however stranger things have happened….’ it's TOTALLY possible that dan or harold have some crazy idea and punch out an excellent script that drives bill murray wild….

the production i was talking about was the TMNT movie….

Sure Lost in Translation was big, but its been his only big hit in along time. Have you seen the new line of movies his working on? They're all comedies. I bet if and when they bomb, he will lighten up. And dont get me started on Garfield. He will realize eventually that his career will need some reviving. And the only thing in my opinion that can do that is Ghostbusters 3. Garfield isnt gonna cut it.

I loved the Royal Tannebaums though and I actually like it when Bill Murray does more dramatic roles or roles that he REALLY has to work for. Those sarcastic adlibbing funny guys are all him. It's the same guy thats in all the golf tournaments and stuff. But when his performance can make you cry. I love it!

Bill post gbs movies are ok some more then ok and some arnt like the Royal Tannebaums was awsome, Groundhog Day was terrific, Quick Change pretty good. Yes he had bombs but every actors have bombs look at Dan Citlic pride sucked and theres a few more bombs under his belt. Trust me he hasnt lost faith in gbs he has kids about are age who might be gbs fans and we just dont know heck they could be posting here. Plus he has agree to the gbs stuff coming out this yr so please people stop bashing him.
