Maybe I am being biased. I just don't really like Romantic comedies.

That is being biased. Especially when saying you don't like Romantic comedies. Again, ruling in favor of what you like best before seeing it to actually compare them.

That said, yes, Ghostbusters doesn't need a bunch of awards to be good, because it was already good to begin with. It's always the good that never get appreciated anyway.

Well I also pointed out how the movies that won get low ratings on imdb.com. I guess that's typical.

Creating a topic is like having a child, or adopting one. You can't just wish it away when it ends up going in a way you didn't intend… as it doesn't break the rules, or contain inappropriate content, there isn't a legitimate reason to remove it from the database.

I'm not a huge fan of most of the 70s movies except for Star Wars and One flew over the cukoo's nest.

At this point in time, I'm just going to ask you to stop commenting on this topic (for your own good), as aside from Star Wars and One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, the 1970s also gave us:

The French Connection, Rocky, Deer Hunter, Kramer Vs Kramer, Jaws, Grease, The Exorcist, Close Encounters of the Third Kind, Superman and Saturday Night Fever… amongst many others as well.
