Yea, fan commentaries aren't that great. Its not like they add insight to the production of the film. Its just fans talking about a movie they like.

A good example is the Transformers the movie commentary on the 25th anniversary version. It's alot of great info about the toys, and just alittle bit about the movie. Mainly memories about seeing it the 1st time.
