I am trying to make a Ghostbusters 2 uniform, but there seems to be some contraversy on what color it actually is. In many photos their uniforms look black , but I have heard some say its a dark blue, or dark grey . What color exactly is it???

Also, I know this is a market place question, but does anyone know anyone selling GB 2 logo and name patches?? There used to be someone out in California called Joseph's Costumes or something like that.

Any help out there????

I think you should decide on the color. What color makes you feel good? Don't copy everything. Hell I'm going to make an all new GB costume with new gear. So be inventive with you costume. Nothing is better the something unique.

It's been a while since I've looked it up… but I recall the general belief being that in GB2 there were khaki uniforms, charcoal gray uniforms, AND dark blue uniforms.

These weren't the exact colors of the uniforms though, as the fabrics that were used were supplied by the studio. Each uniform seemed to have some additional dye mixed into their fabric color.

I want to say that for GB2 the charcoal and khaki uniforms were dyed with a pink tint… but you'll want to look that up for yourself.

As for the supposed dark blue uniforms, I don't think that there's any real info about them since they never showed up in the movie (they seem to only appear in promotional photos).

If you want a dark blue jumpsuit for little money you can get a mechanics
uniform from a thrift store it will be a little different but will look great.
