Well, the EGB theme was good…but songs are like stories, anyone can write ‘em, but it takes talent to write them well, and make them well loved. You can’t just select the big name of the week, as they won't always do it well, I bet RPJ was fairly unknown and not (the hot stuff of the week) before Ghostbusters was released, but I could be wrong on the Ray Parker Junior thing…

No, I think youre right. I think the Ghostbusters theme really started RPJ's career.

IMO; If Ghostbusters 3 were being made, I think the theme should be a cover of the original theme done by some unknown Ska band. Im also an idiot.

But I think that would just be kind of cool and give Ghostbusters 3 a different type of energy.
